Fanad Lighthouse is an iconic working lighthouse and one of Donegal’s three Wild Atlantic Way signature points, situated on the rugged Fanad peninsula. We are officially registered as a wedding venue and are most suited to small groups (up to 35 people).
We can help advise you on every aspect of your big day at Fanad Lighthouse – be it flowers, photographers, celebrants, local producers or venues for your post-ceremony reception.

 Guest accommodation is available in three light keepers’ cottages at the lighthouse. Dunree View is the perfect honeymoon suite, with a private patio overlooking glacial fjord Lough Swilly to the east. Tory View and Inishtrahull View both sleep 4 guests each, and needless to say, all three cottages have the most amazing sea views!

We can accommodate weddings throughout most of the year but unfortunately not in July or August.
